Hello I'm Carrie... I'm 33 and live in Maine with my other half and our crazy buncha "kids"... I have only had reptiles for a few months... Currently we have 2 Beardies (one from Amanda), 2 Leos, and I've kind of got my heart set on possibly adding a Box Turtle to that list... We're also taking in 4 baby Beardies from Amanda in the immediate future... Besides reptiles our animal family is made up of 1 Betta Fish, 2 Fancy Mice, 2 Dogs, 3 Ferrets, 5 Cats (tho currently only 2 have been sticking around), 14 Rabbits, and 33 Rats... I'll probably introduce everyone soon via pix and little blurbs lol... Many of our animals were obtained through "rescue" and "forced rehoming" situations (loss of interest, allergies, moving, etc)

I'm new to the forum world so do bear with me as I learn the way... Thanks Amanda for inviting me... I'm anxious to meet others that share the same interests and possibly learn some things... I've always been big on researching animals I'm interested in before I get them and while I have them in my life... In my opinion there's always room to know more about the animals you care for so that you can be the best "parent" you can be...

Welcome Carrie and we are glad to have you here. I can't wait to see your photo's, and you're right one can never stop learning on the pet that they own. Seems like just when we think we know it all, something new breaks though truly is amazing. If you need help on the forum just let one of us know and we'll be happy to help you out.
